Comfort Suites - Near the Galleria

“I was hesitant to book this hotel because of some poor reviews but didn’t have many options due to a lost wallet and ID. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. The staff here has been so accommodating and flexible, allowing me to use 3rd party or digital payments. The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast is amazing! It’s a real meal - hot bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, and everything else you’d expect. The property is very quiet, feels safe, and was a lot nicer than I expected. It’s not brand new but doesn’t feel old or dated. I’d definitely come back again! Overall a very positive experience.”

“Needed a place to spend the night (and I'm usually staying at Hilton brand) but this location stood out since I've stayed here years ago. Upon checking in, I noticed they were renovating/repainting the 1st floor and when I went up to my room I could tell my room was freshly painted and all the furniture looked brand new. I'm thankful I chose to stay here because I feel safe and its nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again, I just hope that the rooms stay clean. This location is not 100% perfect tho as the front of hotel parking lot is a bit dim at night so make sure you lock your doors, the ice machines on the first 2 floors were not working, and the front desk member may be smoking outside and/or in the middle of changing shifts so may make you wait a moment to check in. Other than that, I don't regret staying here!”

“Older hotel but clean and beds were comfy. Management needs to give attention to the exercise room. All three of the machines were somewhat not in working order. Breakfast was fine. They gave us 30 minutes for late checkout. Pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not use them. (We were on points, so our room may have been upgraded a bit.)”

“Wonderful, lovely lovely room nice sweat setting great price easy access. No one told me that Houston was spread out this much and that’s my only complaint. But that’s not the fault of comfort suites who did a great job. The room is quiet, clean, extensive. It has everything you would wantrefrigerate, microwave, delicious, free breakfast, very quiet.”

“My family and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and all 3 front desk staff were very kind and helpful. They welcomed us in a very friendly manner and even lowered our rate as we renewed our stay each day. The room was spacious and the AC was strong and good, it was also nice and quiet at night. Bathroom was clean, especially the shower (which isn’t typical for hotels) and had nice hot water. We only had a small problem with flies in the room but it was outweighed by the overall easiness and convenience of our stay. I would recommend just spraying some bug spray around the room to solve this issue. The cleaning staff also did a great job and didn’t disturb any of our belongings as well. Great staff and room, would definitely visit again!”

“Not the fanciest place on earth but it is charming and a relaxing space for a busy vacationer! The staff are both professional and friendly, the rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was honestly so much better than we expected for such a cheap price! (Price included with room) We got two rooms for the price of one room closer to where we wanted to visit and were about 20-30 minutes away from all our chosen spots for vacation! Free parking too? This hotel basically made it possible for us to add a whole new stop to our vacation with our savings without compromising quality.”
